Small and medium sized company owners are struggling with a lack of successors to support the next generation of Japan, I want to make M&A a tool that can help companies grow discontinuously through acquisitions, M&A as a means to grow their companies discontinuously through acquisitions, and to make M&A more available to them.

In taking M&A advisors seriously, I would like to create a system where their excellent abilities are properly utilized and rewarded by society. I would like to create a system in which their excellent abilities are properly utilized and returned to society as a reward.

早稲田大学国際教養学部卒。
学生時代にオフショア開発、就活支援事業を展開する。
新卒でEY Strategy and Consultingに入社。退職後は個人事業主として複数のマーケティング業務に携わり、共同創業者の柴田とZERO3社を創業。

Graduated from Waseda University, SILS Developed offshore development and job hunting support business as a student. Joined EY as a new graduate. After that, involved in several marketing businesses and founded ZERO3 with co-founder Shibata.

Sumit Lahiri

Sumit Lahiri is a TCS research fellow pursuing a Ph.D. in the CSE Department at IIT Kanpur, specializing in program analysis, testing, and ML for Software Engineering. He is an experienced full stack developer and blockchain enthusiast. Previously, he worked at a blockchain company, participated in startups, and was a program manager at TATA Motors. He graduated from NIT Durgapur with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Rui Yanagida

With nearly 20 years of experience, I transitioned from a hairdresser to an engineer. In 2019, I served as the development lead at a subsidiary of CyberAgent, managing projects from planning to execution and leading the team to success. My diverse background spans SES, Sler, game development, and tech lead roles, equipping me with broad technical knowledge and practical skills. I am flexible in handling various projects and have developed numerous socially impactful services. I am passionate about building and developing teams to achieve results.

Akash Verma

Akash Verma, an IIT Varanasi graduate, is currently employed as a Software Developer at Rakuten. With extensive experience as a full-stack developer, Akash has previously contributed to Airblack, an Indian startup, as a back-end developer. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous hackathons, earning several medals. Demonstrating his technical prowess, he developed his personal website, getakash.com. Additionally, Akash is proficient in working with AWS and excels in system design and maintenance.

邱世偉（Bruce）

An engineer from Taiwan, he came to Japan in 2016 to create a service that bridges Japan and Taiwan.
Until 2019, he assumed development responsibilities in various companies and was in charge of multiple projects.
He founded Alion in April 2019 and further established Alion Corporation in Taiwan in December 2019 of the same year.
Currently, we are developing various projects in order to deepen the relationship between countries.
